My drawings and paintings cover many subjects and styles and I am sure you will find something you like. I paint in watercolours, oils and acrylics and also soft pastels, charcoal and graphite.

The beauty of an animal will often inspire a painting, which I just have to get down on paper. I hase drawn and painted birds ever since I was really young, I love their shapes and shiny intelligent eyes. I also love painting animals - horses, rabbits, cats, insects (especially ladybirds) - pratically any animal really. Once of my most enjoyable pieces to paint was of a loggerhead turtle.

My watercolour 'silhouette' series combines deep black ink with vibrant watercolours, creating a striking picture. I also do pen and wash pictures of animals combing colour and tone to create the animals shape and producing an eye-catching picture.

I have created a 'Pop art' selection of cute/cheeky cats and animals, these are painted in acrylics and are usually really 'happy' pictures.
